Client Task

For HIMSS 2020, the internal conference team needed an interactive touchscreen experience and supporting landing pages to showcase healthcare technology solutions during one of the industry’s most prominent conferences. The deliverables needed to engage attendees, communicate product value quickly, and support lead generation efforts.

Problem

Healthcare technology often involves dense technical information that can be difficult to present in fast-paced event environments. The challenge was designing an interface that allowed users to quickly explore complex solutions while keeping the experience intuitive, visually engaging, and aligned with broader event marketing objectives. It also needed to capture attention immediately within a busy conference setting, where users had limited time to engage and needed to grasp key product benefits within seconds.

Solution

I designed an interactive touchscreen interface and supporting landing pages that organized technical information into digestible, user-friendly pathways. By focusing on intuitive navigation, visual clarity, and streamlined storytelling, the experience allowed users to quickly understand key offerings while maintaining engagement. The final solution successfully transformed complex product messaging into a polished, accessible conference experience.
