NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE AMERICAN INDIAN
Native Knowledge 360° Websites
UX/UI | Web Design & development
In collaboration with the National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI) I designed and helped implement a series of websites for NMAI’s Native Knowledge 360° program. Native Knowledge 360° (NK360°) provides educators and students with new perspectives on Native American history and cultures. Throughout each project I created the wireframes, full mockups, and branding/identity assets for each of the three websites. I specifically catered the visuals of each website to the age groups they were targeting, while respectfully representing the visual motifs of each individual tribe. My role in this project was designing and developing the websites, as well as UX and UI design implementation.
The Impact of the Gold Rush on Native Americans of California
Through creative brainstorming, our team came up with the theme of traveling and trains to symbolize Traferium’s migration of data into the cloud by focusing on the 6 key features that Traferium boasts and tying them all together. This analogy differentiates the product story from the competition and gives users context through analogy. This theme is shown throughout the design of the website and ties into the visuals of the motion graphic.

Traferium Motion Graphic video
The Traferium Motion Graphic is a fully animated video that tells the visual story of Traferium’s migration of data into the cloud. The video highlights the key features of Traferium and gives a deeper explanation into the benefits of each of them. The storyboard, graphic elements, full animation, narration, and audio editing were done by me. I utilized Illustrator, After Effects, and Audacity in the creation of the video.
